Statistics tell us that 13% of the population is left handed. I will consider that a fact because in any gathering there will always be lefties. I have some in our family and I cannot help but admire their determination. It is obvious that they have to make adjustments in most of the things that they do. They have learned to thread their belt the right way instead of upside down.
It is gratifying that we are now finding products for left-handed people. Some of these products are scissors, writing equipment and kitchen implements. There are lefty baseball gloves for the sports minded. When shopping for some remember that the left handed player will wear it on his right hand. There is a wide range in prices, so shop around before deciding on one.
